 ional Japanese stitching and embroidery technique that translates to &#822
 0\;little stabs\,&#8221\; while boro refers to the tattered\, heavily pa
 tched\, and repeatedly mended textiles that result from the continuous use
  of those stitches over time. In today&#8217\;s class\, we will make a bor
 o-style bookmark using simple stitching in basic sashiko patterns. All ma
 terials and tools will be provided\, including a variety of fabrics for yo
 u to choose from. Feel free to bring your own as well.\nBeginners are wel
 come. It is helpful to know how to thread a needle or make a new friend wh
 o can help. Instructions\, ideas\, and creative brainstorming will be prov
